Instead of letting thoughts bounce around in your head, we’ll make a concrete plan together, with well-defined actions in writing that you feel confident you can accomplish. I’ll give you feedback on every step to make sure your plans are aligned with the principles of behavior change.
After a week we will reflect on your successes and failures. We’ll repeat what works and address any problems that start to crop up. Promises you have made to yourself will no longer be forgotten because, as your friendly guide, I will hold you accountable to consistently pursue the actions you need to achieve your goals.
Trust me, it’s a big motivator to know you will have to justify the gap between your plans and execution.
In my work I find that it is rather easy for most people to determine WHAT to do, but HOW is the challenge. That means procrastination. To combat that, we will use:

Today was tough. I didn't want to meet because the last week was sort of pathetic and I simply wasn't on my game. After meeting with Felix I'm rejuvenated and ready to continue forward. Felix helped me see that I had made great progress over the last month and not to only look at the last few days. Also he showed me areas I had been working hard at and the results that was achieving. So, I have to remind myself - up or down - get to the next meeting. It's not a one and done gig - Felix is truly an accountability buddy and his help has been tremendous! Thanks!
:I fell off the bandwagon during and after a vacation. Felix helped me understand this is normal. We met, re-established expectations, and he is teaching me to re-start again. :After struggling to start regular exercise for over a year I now am on a winning streak exercising 5 times each week! Felix has also helped keep my wheel of life balanced - I'm now more focused at work and at the same time am able to discuss and improve matters outside of work like my relationships with my wife and children. The outside perspective he brings each week is an amazing help.
